waveforms

hi.......
well i would call people like us, who need some push to do something good for the society as semi-conductors. let me stop with the metals here...

how about interpreting the waveforms.

sinusoidal waveform is the representation of those people, in whose life there are lots of ups and downs..
that is fine, i mean having ups and downs is fine, however having the whole waveform distorted (due to harmonics or any other reason) both in positive and negative cycle is what is not good. these people cannot live happy throughout. however they can add filters (through service to those in need) and make their waveform at least come back to the normal (sinusoidal) form.
having brought it to the normal, what we can do now is, add a half-wave rectifier, so that there won't be sadness in life.
then comes the full-wave rectifier, through which we make all the happenings good and only good.
having things always good is fine, but there still is a fluctuation in that isn't it?
these fluctuations can be removed and a pure DC which has no such variation has to be obtained.
but how? a capacitor will do to smooth out? may be!

the answer lies within, after all these variations are just the projections of mind....

also these filters, capacitors, half-wave and full-wave rectifiers are nothing but the good act of ours which adds more and more stability to our life.

AUM LOKAH SAMASTAH SUKHINO BHAVANTU!!!

conductors and insulators

as i had some technical problems, i couldn't post anything for a long time. sorry for that!

Well, with reference to the title, "conductors and insulators", i think that may be looking at the type of people in the society, our ancestors would have come to a conclusion to name the materials as conductors and insulators.
i conceive it this way. Those who are not useful to the society were called as insulators, i mean those people who don't take responsibility for moving the society and the whole human kind forward are these insulators, and the vice-versa, those through whom the society is moving and benefiting were called as conductors.
Slowly, i believe that this concept got extended to the materials later...now what do you say?

so whom do you think were called as semi-conductors?

introduction

my main motive of starting this blog is to share with all you readers, how i find it fascinating when i apply the electrical concepts to the practical day to day activities, and how beautiful it coincides with the spiritual concepts. see you shortly....
